Adonis Abs

Summer is approaching quickly. Don’t get caught with your shirt ON! This abdominal routine will have your core ready for battle or the beach.

6 exercises, 15 repetions each, performed in a circuit. No rest between exercises, but take 1 minute between rounds. 3 to 5 total rounds:

  1. Knees-to-elbows (w/ Pull Up Bar)
  2. Hip Thrusts (w/ decline bench)
  3. Reverse Oblique Crunch (w/ decline bench)
  4. V-Ups (w/ flat bench)
  5. Decline bench Sit-Ups (add resistance when 15 reps gets too easy)
  6. Supermans

Take the next six weeks and challenge yourself! Perform this routine every other day. Good Luck (and don’t forget those before & after photos)!
