Adonis Abs
Summer is approaching quickly. Don’t get caught with your shirt ON! This abdominal routine will have your core ready for battle or the beach.
6 exercises, 15 repetions each, performed in a circuit. No rest between exercises, but take 1 minute between rounds. 3 to 5 total rounds:
- Knees-to-elbows (w/ Pull Up Bar)
- Hip Thrusts (w/ decline bench)
- Reverse Oblique Crunch (w/ decline bench)
- V-Ups (w/ flat bench)
- Decline bench Sit-Ups (add resistance when 15 reps gets too easy)
- Supermans
Take the next six weeks and challenge yourself! Perform this routine every other day. Good Luck (and don’t forget those before & after photos)!
