Mondays always feel like the best day to start new workout routines. Heres an easy one, kids…
10 minutes of intervals on the bike. Get your resistance level as high as possible during the 6th and tenth minute.
- 10 Squats
- 10 Cherrypickers (reach & touch toes, then stand tall)
- 10 Side Lunges
- 10 Leg Swings
- 10 Lunges (alternating)
- 10 Toe touches (alternating)
4 rounds of 400 meters on a track or treadmill. Run these 400s as fast as possible. Rest 90 seconds between rounds.
- 5 rounds of 5 reps Chin Ups
- 5 rounds of 5 reps Face Pulls (seated row with rope into chin rather than into belly)
- 5 rounds of 5 reps dumbell Pullovers
