• Quinoa, an Oatmeal replacement

Quinoa is a great carbohydrate, as is oatmeal.  Sometimes, oatmeal gets boring.  Here is a nice and simple breakfast (with more protein).

Get one-half cup frozen strawberries or blueberries from the freezer.  Plae in a microwave-safe bowl.  Add one-half cup milk (or muscle milk) and one full cup of cooked quinoa.  Mix and microwave for 60 to 90 seconds.  Enjoy. Here are some that are for sale on Amazon.com for you to check out!
